Artemio Argoitz kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Mostafa Muhammed might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luciano Cordarryl. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mostafa Muhammed ran back to his position shaking his head. 15 minutes into the match, Mostafa Muhammed had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luciano Cordarryl. Boca Juniors's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mostafa Muhammed was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Federico Girotti's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luciano Cordarryl read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. In the 26th minute Faustino Brun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Fleszar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Mostafa Muhammed's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luciano Cordarryl was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Federico Girotti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luciano Cordarryl having to interfere. Jan Fleszar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faustino Brun in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th match minute, Boca Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcial Olo to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mostafa Muhammed in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luciano Cordarryl saved Boca Juniors from getting behind. Boca Juniors's Luciano Cordarryl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mostafa Muhammed in the 41st minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Mostafa Muhammed ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luciano Cordarryl was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. After the first half MOEBIO were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mostafa Muhammed stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51stth minute of the game Mostafa Muhammed who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boca Juniors's Luciano Cordarryl was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 53rd minute Mostafa Muhammed shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luciano Cordarryl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mostafa Muhammed in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luciano Cordarryl prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hao Fan Chuan replaced Bernardino Urtats. Luciano Cordarryl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hao Fan Chuan in the 72nd minute of the match. Luciano Cordarryl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vuk Urgovski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Boca Juniors made a substitution. Arsenio Mendez replaced Severo Iturri. Vuk Urgovski who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 81stth minute tested the skills of Luciano Cordarryl when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vuk Urgovski got free with Luciano Cordarryl in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Boca Juniors getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Faustino Brun hit a great ball. Vuk Urgovski who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 85thth minute tested the skills of Luciano Cordarryl when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Federico Girotti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luciano Cordarryl having to interfere. Luciano Cordarryl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hao Fan Chuan in the 95th minute of the match. MOEBIO's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
