Nunez Jurgi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustino Brun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fermin Truylos in the 15th minute of play forced Boca Juniors's goalkeeper Luciano Cordarryl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Fermin Truylos notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Boca Juniors's Luciano Cordarryl. Luciano Cordarryl was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Boca Juniors getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Saul Joanes charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Faustino Brun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Boca Juniors defense, Leandro Txatxu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luciano Cordarryl. The Boca Juniors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luciano Cordarryl should have stopped the shot. Boca Juniors's Arsenio Mendez came free and shot a quick shot against goal 88 minutes in the game, fortunately Nunez Jurgi had problems saving as it came toward the left post. In the 92nd minute of the match, Guaberto Gutierrez tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nunez Jurgi saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 93rd minute of the match Boca Juniors got a corner. ramones futbolClub's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Santos Olivar ran over to the corner to take the kick. Boca Juniors's Arsenio Mendez couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 96th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for ramones futbolClub. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. ramones futbolClub were victorious despite being under pressure from Boca Juniors for much of the match.
