An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliberto Romero in the 12th minute of play forced Potrerillo Azuleño's goalkeeper Arne Kråk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aurelio Mergildo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ferdinand Seremet in the 17th minute. Arne Kråk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 林卫适 in the 19th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Potrerillo Azuleño's goal looked a bit too open when 林卫适 came free, but Arne Kråk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the game, Wandy Petera cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Arne Kråk was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arne Kråk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesus Isusko, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Arne Kråk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wandy Petera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 林卫适 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eduardo Blasco charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Potrerillo Azuleño's Arne Kråk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Potrerillo Azuleño from getting a goal against them. In the 79th match minute, Marchu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 林卫适 to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Potrerillo Azuleño's Arne Kråk got control of the ball when Jesus Isusko tried to sneak it across the goal line. The throw-in from Song Yong Kun in the 88th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Marchu FC's Atilano Esdras. The supporters of Marchu FC booed when Potrerillo Azuleño was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Song Yong Kun didn't get a good kick on the ball.
