Luis Quirce stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomás Cordarin's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. The supporters of CACYFA booed when Club Atlético Huracán was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomás Cordarin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind CACYFA's goalkeeper Luis Quirce, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomás Cordarin in the 15th minute of play forced CACYFA's goalkeeper Luis Quirce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jimeno Gonsalve made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Czornomaz in the 17th minute of play. Club Atlético Huracán's attentive Alfredo Soter managed to snatch the ball when Alejandro Larpe made a throw-in in the 72nd minute of the game. Alfredo Soter was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 83rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Tomás Cordarin might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luis Quirce. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomás Cordarin ran back to his position shaking his head. Tomás Cordarin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Luis Quirce made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelino Chico in the 93rd minute of play forced Club Atlético Huracán's goalkeeper Jimeno Gonsalve to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Gaspar Dunixi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. CACYFA had played much better football throughout.
