When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Eddie Vedder took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Marcial Estavan to make any attempt to save it. If Eddie Vedder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 20th minute of the match LOS PECES DEL INFIERNO Ψ got a corner. INDEPENDIENTE F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Genaro Tabor ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on LOS PECES DEL INFIERNO Ψ's corner Genaro Tabor fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marcial Estavan quite easily take care of the ball. Eddie Vedder could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Marcial Estavan made a huge save. Israel Palben stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dagoberto Neila's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Israel Palben took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herminio Iratze, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute, Eddie Vedder reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marcial Estavan. The goal made the score 2-0. The audience was convinced that Eddie Vedder's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcial Estavan was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. 43 minutes into the game, Eddie Vedder recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marcial Estavan. Eddie Vedder showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Israel Palben showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dagoberto Neila, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eddie Vedder to make the kick off. In the 50th minute the ball was on its way in behind INDEPENDIENTE F.C.'s goalkeeper Marcial Estavan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. LOS PECES DEL INFIERNO Ψ were awarded a corner in the 52th minute after INDEPENDIENTE F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Genaro Tabor took the corner. The corner led to LOS PECES DEL INFIERNO Ψ's Eddie Vedder getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 56th match minute, INDEPENDIENTE F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milton Ramos to maneuver through the defense. Marcial Estavan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eddie Vedder in the 57th minute of play. Eddie Vedder's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcial Estavan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. When Eddie Vedder came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the LOS PECES DEL INFIERNO Ψ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eddie Vedder couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in INDEPENDIENTE F.C.'s zone, Armando Ortle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcial Estavan came out of the goal and Armando Ortle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 67 minutes into the match, Lionel Messia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcial Estavan. INDEPENDIENTE F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lionel Messia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. After 70 minutes of play, LOS PECES DEL INFIERNO Ψ's Lionel Messia made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcial Estavan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marcial Estavan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lionel Messia in the 72nd minute of the match. LOS PECES DEL INFIERNO Ψ's Israel Palben proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save LOS PECES DEL INFIERNO Ψ from getting a goal against them. Domenico Rosato kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Lionel Messia made a precise shot to the right of Marcial Estavan. INDEPENDIENTE F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Lionel Messia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 95th minute Lionel Messia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Estavan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
