Paulo Etxatxu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Daniel Igon made a huge save. Matias Jakobe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fulgencio Ferrer's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. In the 36th match minute, Campeones del Mundo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lindo Trollo to maneuver through the defense. Anibal Macerio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. LOS PIRATAS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 67 played minutes Campeones del Mundo got a freekick which was hit by Grant Verga. Guillermo Gorosti, 70 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Paulo Etxatxu scored 2-2 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Daniel Igon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 75 minutes into the match, Campeones del Mundo's Guillermo Gorosti sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Matias Jakobe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 76th match minute, Campeones del Mundo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rosendo Bide to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 90 minutes, Guillermo Gorosti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Campeones del Mundo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guillermo Gorosti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 92nd minute Anibal Macerio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Igon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Campeones del Mundo players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented LOS PIRATAS from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
