Paulo Etxatxu started the match with the kick off. When Lengua de Lobo's Aldo Felipo in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye LOS PIRATAS's goalie prevented a goal. LOS PIRATAS's Matias Jakobe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Felipo in the 5th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Lengua de Lobo's zone, Gregorio Macerio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgardo Patxi came out of the goal and Gregorio Macerio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 9th minute, Ljubo Roginek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 10 minutes into the game, Romeo Tomi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Edgardo Patxi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Cecilio Vito fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LOS PIRATAS's protests and gave Cecilio Vito a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, LOS PIRATAS's Cecilio Vito got a free kick in the 14th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Aldo Felipo notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of LOS PIRATAS's Matias Jakobe. Matias Jakobe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Edgardo Patxi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulo Etxatxu's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. 21 minutes into the match, LOS PIRATAS's goal looked a bit too open when Tristan Baldwin came free, but Matias Jakobe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 22 minutes LOS PIRATAS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tristan Baldwin who took care of the corner kick. Tristan Baldwin made a great header on Lengua de Lobo's corner, it was just that LOS PIRATAS's Matias Jakobe managed to reach the ball for a save. Edgardo Patxi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Etxatxu in the 32nd minute of the match. 35 minutes into the game, Lengua de Lobo's Aldo Felipo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Matias Jakobe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Tristan Baldwin might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Matias Jakobe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tristan Baldwin ran back to his position shaking his head. 37 minutes into the match, LOS PIRATAS's goal looked a bit too open when Tristan Baldwin came free, but Matias Jakobe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matias Jakobe came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Lengua de Lobo's Tristan Baldwin. But to his dismay, Tristan Baldwin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. The supporters of Lengua de Lobo booed when LOS PIRATAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Frederik didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 46 minutes, Aldo Felipo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lengua de Lobo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aldo Felipo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The LOS PIRATAS players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lengua de Lobo were winning 1-3.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Aldo Felipo got free with Matias Jakobe in the 50th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aldo Felipo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 55thth minute tested the skills of Matias Jakobe when he managed to save the team from getting behind. LOS PIRATAS's Matias Jakobe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save LOS PIRATAS from getting a goal against them. In the 58th minute, Blas Herauso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 61 played minutes LOS PIRATAS got a freekick which was hit by Anibal Macerio. When the match clock showed 64 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Tristan Baldwin sped through LOS PIRATAS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Matias Jakobe. Tristan Baldwin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aldo Felipo might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Matias Jakobe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aldo Felipo ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, LOS PIRATAS's Matias Jakobe got control of the ball when Aldo Felipo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 74th minute Paulo Etxatxu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgardo Patxi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. LOS PIRATAS's Romeo Tomi quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Robin Lebleu, made in the 84th minute of the game. 87 minutes into the match, LOS PIRATAS's goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Felipo came free, but Matias Jakobe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind LOS PIRATAS's goalkeeper Matias Jakobe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pelayo Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 93 played minutes LOS PIRATAS got a freekick which was hit by Gregorio Macerio. The Lengua de Lobo players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
