In the 11th minute Gabriele Batistuta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Efrain Argoitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 17 minutes of play, Menchu FC's Gabriele Batistuta made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Efrain Argoitz was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Uriel Gorri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abdoulay Doucouré made in the 22nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Cuervachio FC's Cayetano Xabel. Cayetano Xabel made in the 26th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Nicanor Garikoitz immediately put the ball in play. Gabriele Batistuta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Efrain Argoitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriele Batistuta in the 27th minute of the match. Menchu FC were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after Cuervachio FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Armando Roland took the corner. The corner led Menchu FC's Armando Roland to fire away a dangerous shot which Efrain Argoitz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Lucas Martínez Quarta hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. 34 minutes into the match, Menchu FC's Gabriele Batistuta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Efrain Argoitz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriele Batistuta in the 38th minute of play forced Cuervachio FC's goalkeeper Efrain Argoitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Efrain Argoitz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gabriele Batistuta went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Menchu FC's Silverio Sergi was substituted for Armando Roland. Efrain Argoitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriele Batistuta in the 95th minute of the match.
