Natalio Heli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godofredo Cerilo in the 15th minute of play. When Anselmo Peyo fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored San miguel's protests and gave Anselmo Peyo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 18th minute, Anselmo Peyo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by San miguel's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ciriaco Fidencio was slow to take the kick. During this time Tierra del Fuego FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Tierra del Fuego FC's Dario Orlan to fire away a dangerous shot which Francisco Suero despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 36thth minute of the game Ismael Baumer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but San miguel's Francisco Suero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Francisco Suero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dario Orlan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ismael Baumer got free with Francisco Suero in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 56th minute, Tierra del Fuego FC's Dario Orlan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Francisco Suero. Francisco Suero yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Francisco Suero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ismael Baumer went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. In the 72nd match minute, San miguel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Issa Blackman to maneuver through the defense. Tierra del Fuego FC made a substitution. Saturnino Batista replaced Ciriaco Fidencio. After 73 played minutes San miguel got a freekick which was hit by Issa Blackman. When Dario Orlan came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Tierra del Fuego FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dario Orlan couldn't finish the play. Angelo Iturri got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 0-7 in the right cross in the 84th match minute before Francisco Suero had time to react.
