Funebrero FC's Piarres Cabredo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Nestor Rayman in the 10 minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Ali Emir Işıklar put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Severiano Bartoli. In the 15th minute of the match Funebrero FC got a corner. Bermejo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. German Tallia ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Ezequiel Lavezzi managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 19 minutes into the match, Bermejo's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Emir Işıklar came free, but Severiano Bartoli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute Funebrero FC were awarded a corner. German Tallia went to the cornerflag to take it. German Tallia made a great header on Funebrero FC's corner, it was just that Bermejo's Severiano Bartoli managed to reach the ball for a save. 24 minutes into the game, Funebrero FC's Ali Emir Işıklar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Severiano Bartoli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Ali Emir Işıklar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Severiano Bartoli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Severiano Bartoli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Funebrero FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Aaron Lizardi hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Bermejo's Celestino Urtsin got a free kick in the 45th minute. In the 48th minute Ali Emir Işıklar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severiano Bartoli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Caco Uchiha made the kick off in the second half. Severiano Bartoli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Emir Işıklar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 57 minutes into the match, Ali Emir Işıklar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Severiano Bartoli. Bermejo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ali Emir Işıklar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Fernando Romildo charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fernando Romildo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Severiano Bartoli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Lavezzi in the 65th minute of play. Severiano Bartoli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ali Emir Işıklar went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. Ali Emir Işıklar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Severiano Bartoli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Funebrero FC's German Tallia was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Severiano Bartoli in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Bermejo's Severiano Bartoli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Bermejo from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Emir Işıklar in the 81st minute of play forced Bermejo's goalkeeper Severiano Bartoli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bermejo's Severiano Bartoli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Bermejo from getting a goal against them. In the 86th minute of the match Cristo Errolan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nestor Guillelmus skillfully saved the ball. In the 87th minute, Funebrero FC's Ali Emir Işıklar ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Severiano Bartoli. Severiano Bartoli yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ali Emir Işıklar got free with Severiano Bartoli in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
