The audience thought a goal was coming when Duran Hunalp got free with Leo Franco in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leo Franco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Celso Hernando in the 4th minute. C.A. BOCA JUNIORS's Leo Franco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save C.A. BOCA JUNIORS from getting a goal against them. Through an outstanding action, after 10 minutes, Leo Franco successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Dong Zhen Song showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingo Blai in the 11th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, C.A. BOCA JUNIORS's goalkeeper Leo Franco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eriberto Oso. In the 14th minute, Justo Froylan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fausto Orlondon hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Cabezones's Abelardo Artizar got a free kick in the 19th minute. Leo Franco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Duran Hunalp, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 22 minutes into the match, Cabezones's goal looked a bit too open when Prospero Avellaneda came free, but Dong Zhen Song reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 26 played minutes C.A. BOCA JUNIORS got a freekick which was hit by Prospero Avellaneda. Leo Franco made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Duran Hunalp sent off a good shot on target. Leo Franco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Duran Hunalp's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Fausto Orlondon kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute of the match Aureliano Salvatore sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leo Franco skillfully saved the ball. Leo Franco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Duran Hunalp, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Leo Franco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duran Hunalp in the 46th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Duran Hunalp stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Duran Hunalp in the 52nd minute of play forced C.A. BOCA JUNIORS's goalkeeper Leo Franco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 53rd minute of the match, Prospero Avellaneda got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dong Zhen Song was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Primitivo Blasco kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Leo Franco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celso Hernando in the 59th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Duran Hunalp left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cabezones fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Prospero Avellaneda kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. A collision led to C.A. BOCA JUNIORS getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Ambrosio Bernaldo hit a great ball. Duran Hunalp scored 3-0 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leo Franco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cabezones's Laureano Rico was substituted for Duran Hunalp. Dong Zhen Song was a little too slow when Domingo Blai got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 3-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Prospero Avellaneda got free with Dong Zhen Song in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 86 minutes, Domingo Blai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A. BOCA JUNIORS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Domingo Blai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 90th minute, Laureano Rico ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leo Franco was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Cabezones's Celso Hernando pulled a muscle in his back after 93 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Cabezones made a substitution. Ariel Mannie replaced Celso Hernando. Cabezones walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
