Ismael Musko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Reyes Osos Polares HC's Mateo Urre slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sergio Faron. That made the score 1-0 after 11 minutes of play. Eleuterio Savier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Eulalio Piearres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18th match minute, El Retorno de Palermo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damaso Estefan to maneuver through the defense. When Damaso Estefan came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the El Retorno de Palermo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damaso Estefan couldn't finish the play. After 29 played minutes El Retorno de Palermo got a freekick which was hit by Dionisio Eutor. Sergio Faron made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Albino Toribio sent off a good shot on target. Ismael Musko's late challenge caught a Reyes Osos Polares HC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ismael Musko helped the player get up and apologised. In the 32nd match minute, El Retorno de Palermo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ismael Musko to maneuver through the defense. Sergio Faron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Oxarra, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 43rd minute, Albino Toribio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sergio Faron was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

If Ismael Musko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Reyes Osos Polares HC booed when El Retorno de Palermo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eleuterio Savier didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Damaso Estefan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eulalio Piearres. That made the score 5-2 in the 88 minute of play. Sergio Faron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopoldo Rufio, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Oscar Rodas hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Reyes Osos Polares HC fully deserved thier win.
