Inter Miami CF were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after A.D Atlético Villa Gesell's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joe Pancken took the corner. The corner led Inter Miami CF's Joe Pancken to fire away a dangerous shot which Raul Jax despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tonico Tinoco in the 18th minute of play forced A.D Atlético Villa Gesell's goalkeeper Raul Jax to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A.D Atlético Villa Gesell's Marin Mascovescu managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Justo Montrel in the 23 minute of the game. Raul Jax showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tonico Tinoco in the 24th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the game, Inter Miami CF's Román Riquelme nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Raul Jax made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Rigoberto Horado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thor Forssberg in the 27th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Tonico Tinoco reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Raul Jax. The goal made the score 5-0. 35 minutes into the game, Román Riquelme recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Raul Jax. Román Riquelme showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-0. After 39 minutes of play, Inter Miami CF's Tonico Tinoco made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Raul Jax was left in no man's land by his defense there! Raul Jax took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tonico Tinoco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Román Riquelme had several of the A.D Atlético Villa Gesell's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 47 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 8-0 score and a disappointed Raul Jax as he didn't even see the shot coming. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 8-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Thor Forssberg made the kick off in the second half. Raul Jax stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tonico Tinoco's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. In the 59th minute, Tonico Tinoco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Raul Jax was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. Inter Miami CF's Erasmo Lekubegi was substituted for Placido Mergildo. Raul Jax took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Javier Fridman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raul Jax came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Inter Miami CF's Tonico Tinoco. But to his dismay, Tonico Tinoco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. Thor Forssberg kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After 75 played minutes A.D Atlético Villa Gesell got a freekick which was hit by Vladimiro Theobald. After 83 minutes of play, Inter Miami CF's Tonico Tinoco made it 13-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Raul Jax was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 86th match minute, A.D Atlético Villa Gesell was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimiro Theobald to maneuver through the defense. Joe Pancken struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Raul Jax didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Inter Miami CF. 89 minutes into the match, Inter Miami CF's goalkeeper Rigoberto Horado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aureliano Hunfredo. Raul Jax showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Román Riquelme, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. After a rather tough play, A.D Atlético Villa Gesell's Marin Mascovescu got a free kick in the 94th minute. In the 99th match minute, A.D Atlético Villa Gesell was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aureliano Hunfredo to maneuver through the defense.
