Grayson Gruenigen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Engin Dönmez, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Samuel Asteri made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Pankracy Tusk sent off a good shot on target. In the 47th minute, Rubén-Darío Insúa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Grayson Gruenigen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pankracy Tusk made a kick off. After some careless play in the FC Kopenalguen defense, Engin Dönmez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Grayson Gruenigen. The FC Kopenalguen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Grayson Gruenigen should have stopped the shot. FC Kopenalguen's Grayson Gruenigen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save FC Kopenalguen from getting a goal against them. In the 92nd minute, Pankracy Tusk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Engin Dönmez scored 0-9 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Grayson Gruenigen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The FC Kopenalguen fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Volvimos mejores were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
