Zekeriya Onursoy struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Cristo Cresconio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zekeriya Onursoy to make the kick off. When Fidel Joachim came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the El Colesterol FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fidel Joachim couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Sentimiento Auriazul's zone, Fidel Joachim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristo Cresconio came out of the goal and Fidel Joachim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 59th match minute, Sentimiento Auriazul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robustiano Calvino to maneuver through the defense. Su Ting Han received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Cristo Cresconio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over El Colesterol FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sentimiento Auriazul throughout the match.
