Alejandro Preda kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Saverio Otsoa made a precise shot to the right of Elvio Lluc. Rosario Central's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Saverio Otsoa took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elvio Lluc. Elvio Lluc dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 27 minutes into the match, Rosario Central's goal looked a bit too open when Sylwester Domaradzki came free, but Elvio Lluc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute, Luis Manni left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Villa Ballester FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. After 37 minutes, Luis Manni mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Villa Ballester FC and the Rosario Central players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ricardo Hegoi hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After 41 minutes of play, Villa Ballester FC's Saverio Perez made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elvio Lluc was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sylwester Domaradzki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Elvio Lluc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Sylwester Domaradzki made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute of the match, Luis Manni got a very nice opportunity to score, but Elvio Lluc was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 53rd minute, Rosario Central's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Luis Manni fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Tomas Mancio's late challenge caught a Villa Ballester FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomas Mancio helped the player get up and apologised. Elvio Lluc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sylwester Domaradzki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elvio Lluc didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Saverio Otsoa went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Elvio Lluc made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sylwester Domaradzki in the 71st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sylwester Domaradzki in the 72nd minute of play forced Rosario Central's goalkeeper Elvio Lluc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Silverio Gartzea came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Rosario Central fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silverio Gartzea couldn't finish the play. After 77 played minutes Rosario Central got a freekick which was hit by Isaias Oto. Rosario Central were furious when Isaias Oto was red carded, 80 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Isaias Oto hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Sylwester Domaradzki received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Elvio Lluc came out and tried to block the shot, but Sylwester Domaradzki slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 85th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Villa Ballester FC's Saverio Otsoa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Elvio Lluc. That made the score 0-9 after 89 minutes of play. Luis Manni hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Elvio Lluc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sylwester Domaradzki, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
