Gustavo Precioso kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. If Miroslaw Cupial had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gerardo Celipe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aquiles Rio in the 72nd minute. Leopardi's Gerardo Celipe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Gaizko in the 76th minute of play. When Inocencio Clementi fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Leopardi's protests and gave Inocencio Clementi a yellow card for diving instead. Sarandi Futbol Club's Paulo Hustaz was substituted for Isidoro Haritzeder.
