When Arnoldo Loco fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Villa Ballester FC's protests and gave Arnoldo Loco a yellow card for diving instead. In the 10th minute Prudencio Orlan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herbert Tyskie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sylwester Domaradzki hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After having played for 14 minutes, Aureliano Peru managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gran Pauta AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aureliano Peru was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A nice corner shot did that Norberto Maxin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Miloslav Rožnovský quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 18 played minutes Gran Pauta AFC got a freekick which was hit by Rosendo Madeo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnoldo Loco in the 19th minute of play forced Gran Pauta AFC's goalkeeper Herbert Tyskie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Saverio Otsoa took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Herbert Tyskie. Herbert Tyskie dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 23 minutes of play, Villa Ballester FC's Saverio Otsoa made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Herbert Tyskie was left in no man's land by his defense there! Herbert Tyskie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saverio Otsoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Saverio Otsoa took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Herbert Tyskie. Herbert Tyskie dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Herbert Tyskie didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnoldo Loco went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. In the 38th minute Erasmo Min shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miloslav Rožnovský saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute of the match Gran Pauta AFC got a corner. Villa Ballester FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Norberto Maxin ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Norberto Maxin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Villa Ballester FC's Miloslav Rožnovský did a great save. Gran Pauta AFC's Herbert Tyskie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saverio Otsoa in the 42nd minute of play. Jorge Cordara charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jorge Cordara the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Villa Ballester FC booed when Gran Pauta AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Cordara didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edgard Goiz made a kick off. In the 61stth minute of the game Aureliano Peru who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Villa Ballester FC's Miloslav Rožnovský was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Herbert Tyskie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saverio Otsoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Sylwester Domaradzki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Gran Pauta AFC's Aureliano Peru in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Villa Ballester FC's goalie prevented a goal. Herbert Tyskie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sylwester Domaradzki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnoldo Loco got free with Herbert Tyskie in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Herbert Tyskie came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Villa Ballester FC's Sylwester Domaradzki. But to his dismay, Sylwester Domaradzki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Villa Ballester FC's Miloslav Rožnovský played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliano Peru in the 89th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Villa Ballester FC's Saverio Otsoa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Herbert Tyskie. That made the score 0-8 after 90 minutes of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aureliano Peru in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miloslav Rožnovský saved Villa Ballester FC from getting behind. The Villa Ballester FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Villa Ballester FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
