The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tancredo Hondaro made a kick off. Alfredo Otoniel came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by VECINAL LA GUARDIA's 沈卫誉. But to his dismay, 沈卫誉 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 56 minutes into the match, PiCaNTeS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Cinalli came free, but Alfredo Otoniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, PiCaNTeS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfonso Cheche came free, but Alfredo Otoniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Casimiro Domingues fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored VECINAL LA GUARDIA's protests and gave Casimiro Domingues a yellow card for diving instead. In the 90thth minute of the game Tancredo Hondaro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VECINAL LA GUARDIA's Gerard Swee was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alfredo Otoniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciriaco Ferrando in the 95th minute of the match. 96 minutes into the match, VECINAL LA GUARDIA's goalkeeper Gerard Swee had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Everardo Calvino. VECINAL LA GUARDIA's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
