The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gavino Firmin during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 3 played minutes Tori FC got a freekick which was hit by Gavino Firmin. After a rather tough play, Tori FC's Severino Cordarrell got a free kick in the 4th minute. When the match clock showed 6 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Venancio Unai sped through Tori FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pablo Piearres. Venancio Unai might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pablo Piearres. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Venancio Unai ran back to his position shaking his head. After 12 played minutes Arsenal got a freekick which was hit by Victorino Sandalio. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hugo Bizi in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emiliano Martínez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fermin Millano kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Emiliano Martínez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Bizi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the match, Tori FC's goal looked a bit too open when Venancio Unai came free, but Pablo Piearres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pablo Piearres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ezequiel Cerutti, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 35th minute Juan Quico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Martínez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emiliano Martínez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Quico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pablo Piearres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Venancio Unai, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Arsenal's Emiliano Martínez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Quico in the 40th minute of play. The throw-in from Guido Txurio in the 42nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Arsenal's Fermin Millano. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Venancio Unai managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arsenal's supporters rose to their feet, but Venancio Unai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pablo Piearres breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Venancio Unai was the one to do the kick off. Pablo Piearres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Cerutti in the 57th minute of play. After 63 played minutes Arsenal got a freekick which was hit by Cayetano Vela. 65 minutes into the match, Arsenal's goalkeeper Emiliano Martínez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hugo Bizi. The supporters of Tori FC booed when Arsenal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fermin Millano didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Severino Cordarrell fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tori FC's protests and gave Severino Cordarrell a yellow card for diving instead. After 69 played minutes Tori FC got a freekick which was hit by Severino Cordarrell. Julio Gonzales missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 71 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Pablo Piearres right hand side. In the 72nd match minute, Tori FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severino Cordarrell to maneuver through the defense. In the 77th minute Ezequiel Cerutti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pablo Piearres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Arsenal's Emiliano Martínez got control of the ball when Hugo Bizi tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Venancio Unai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Juan Quico hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. A collision led to Tori FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Guido Txurio hit a great ball. Arsenal's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
