Silvio Jax made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Epifanio Bertran in the 7th minute of play. Eusebio Ferran scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erubiel Manni, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Erubiel Manni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusebio Ferran in the 12th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Celestino Pietro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Eusebio Ferran came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Motor Alma y Sangre fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusebio Ferran couldn't finish the play. Erubiel Manni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusebio Ferran, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Celestino Pietro made in the 32nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Epifanio Bertran. 34 minutes into the match, Chacarita Jrs's Vasile Tufescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Silvio Jax narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 40th minute Epifanio Bertran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvio Jax saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Celestino Pietro kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Chacarita Jrs's Erubiel Manni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusebio Ferran in the 43rd minute of play. Eusebio Ferran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erubiel Manni having to interfere. After the first half Motor Alma y Sangre were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Silvio Jax showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vasile Tufescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Motor Alma y Sangre were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after Chacarita Jrs's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edmondo Odisio took the corner. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eusebio Ferran got free with Erubiel Manni in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Silvio Jax made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Epifanio Bertran in the 63rd minute of play. Chacarita Jrs's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hu Yang in the 64th minute. The corner ended in Hu Yang almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Motor Alma y Sangre's Silvio Jax did a great save. The audience was convinced that Epifanio Bertran's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silvio Jax was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. In the 67th minute, Baldomero Pacifico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Silvio Jax showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Epifanio Bertran, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Erubiel Manni made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Eusebio Ferran sent off a good shot on target. After 74 played minutes Chacarita Jrs got a freekick which was hit by Hu Yang. After a defensive mix-up in Motor Alma y Sangre's zone, Epifanio Bertran stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvio Jax came out of the goal and Epifanio Bertran tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Epifanio Bertran in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silvio Jax saved Motor Alma y Sangre from getting behind. Eusebio Ferran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Erubiel Manni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 96 minutes, Erubiel Manni successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Chacarita Jrs lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
