Cesar Edwardo came free with the goalkeeper in the 4th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Artemio Barros could save by the left post. 7 minutes into the match, Bover's goal looked a bit too open when Raimundo Nazario came free, but Leó Török reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Cesar Edwardo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Artemio Barros. That made the score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. Artemio Barros made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Hugon Pryla sent off a good shot on target. Leó Török showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raimundo Nazario, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 18th minute, Octavio Leheren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leó Török was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Artemio Barros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Edwardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Artemio Barros made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cesar Edwardo in the 32nd minute. Ciro Delgado hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octavio Leheren in the 39th minute of play forced Bover's goalkeeper Leó Török to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cesar Edwardo got free with Artemio Barros in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by Gran Torino's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Leopoldo Kaiet was slow to take the kick. During this time Bover's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Bover's corner Leopoldo Kaiet fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Artemio Barros quite easily take care of the ball.

Leó Török showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raimundo Nazario, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. If Cesar Edwardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benedicto Steven kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 70th match minute, Gran Torino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Incendio to maneuver through the defense. 70 minutes into the match, Gran Torino's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Kaiet came free, but Artemio Barros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cesar Edwardo might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Artemio Barros. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cesar Edwardo ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet as Gran Torino's Octavio Leheren slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leó Török. That made the score 1-3 after 82 minutes of play. In the 86thth minute of the game Cesar Edwardo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gran Torino's Artemio Barros was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raimundo Nazario in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leó Török saved Bover from getting behind. Octavio Leheren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Leó Török tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Gran Torino left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Bover.
