In the 6th minute, Agustin Aurken hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Nemesio Opilano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gogo Hug was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Leonides Galtero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Udalaitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB's Leonides Galtero threw himself towards the right post 17 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Edgardo Pio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 18th match minute, TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Udalaitz to maneuver through the defense. 21 minutes into the match, Rogelio Abajas notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB's Gogo Hug. Gogo Hug was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Loco Cabezon's Leonides Galtero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Loco Cabezon from getting a goal against them. Rogelio Abajas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Gogo Hug tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonides Galtero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julio Erramun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gogo Hug made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteve Perico in the 33rd minute of play. Gogo Hug showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteve Perico in the 39th minute of the match. In the 41st minute Nemesio Opilano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gogo Hug saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Simon Atarratze received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leonides Galtero came out and tried to block the shot, but Simon Atarratze slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 43rd minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rogelio Abajas made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Esteve Perico came free, but Gogo Hug reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 52nd minute of the match Loco Cabezon got a corner. TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jose Eleder ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Loco Cabezon's Jose Eleder to fire away a dangerous shot which Gogo Hug despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Gogo Hug was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Esteve Perico showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 53 minute of play. In the 56th match minute, TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Gotzon to maneuver through the defense. Nemesio Opilano struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Gogo Hug didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Loco Cabezon. After 60 minutes, Simon Atarratze mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB and the Loco Cabezon players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Loco Cabezon booed when TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Atarratze didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Loco Cabezon's Rogelio Abajas in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 69th minute of the match Loco Cabezon got a corner. TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jose Eleder ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Jose Eleder got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gogo Hug quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeronimo Mazuste in the 77th minute of play forced Loco Cabezon's goalkeeper Leonides Galtero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute, Rodolfo Ieltxu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rogelio Abajas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gogo Hug having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Rogelio Abajas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gogo Hug. TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rogelio Abajas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Udalaitz in the 87th minute of play forced Loco Cabezon's goalkeeper Leonides Galtero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonides Galtero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tolek Burowski's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. In the 94th minute, Jeronimo Mazuste left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TATENGUE FUTBOL CLUB fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3.
