BELGRANO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Eladio to maneuver through the defense. Edward Peczkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Palermo in the 20th minute of the match. Adolfo Guib received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Ruben Sánchez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ruben Sánchez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolfo Cordarrol in the 25th minute of play. When Sebastián Battaglia fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Magic is Back's protests and gave Sebastián Battaglia a yellow card for diving instead. In the 27th minute, Sebastián Battaglia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29th minute, Martin Palermo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Magic is Back fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Martin Palermo struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Edward Peczkowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Magic is Back. After a defensive mix-up in C. A. BELGRANO's zone, Martin Palermo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edward Peczkowski came out of the goal and Martin Palermo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 37th minute of the match Magic is Back got a corner. C. A. BELGRANO's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marcelo Trobbiani ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Claudio Marangoni got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Edward Peczkowski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Gustavo Eladio hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After 43 minutes, 姜亮伟 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C. A. BELGRANO and the Magic is Back players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, C. A. BELGRANO's 姜亮伟 got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Martin Palermo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Magic is Back's supporters rose to their feet, but Martin Palermo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edward Peczkowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. C. A. Magic is Back's Rodolfo Arruabarrena was substituted for Marcelo Trobbiani. The wind increased when Adolfo Cordarrol made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match Martin Palermo climbed in front of goal and pressed up 0-2 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Edward Peczkowski. Martin Palermo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Osvaldo Potente's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edward Peczkowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Magic is Back's Osvaldo Potente got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 85 minutes into the game, Gustavo Eladio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
