When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Lisandro Lopez took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Ruben Virila to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Peio in the 6th minute of play forced Bordenave's goalkeeper Filiberto Benet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filiberto Benet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Hauche in the 7th minute of the match. After 10 minutes, Camilo Belmiro made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Real Madrid FC's Ruben Virila tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 13 minutes into the match, Bordenave's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Hauche came free, but Filiberto Benet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 14 played minutes Real Madrid FC got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Prado. Jeronimo Maurino, 15 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The supporters of Bordenave booed when Real Madrid FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo Abadie didn't get a good kick on the ball. Filiberto Benet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gabriel Hauche's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Real Madrid FC were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after Bordenave's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gustavo Lando took the corner. 26 minutes into the match, Bordenave's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Peio came free, but Filiberto Benet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Bordenave getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Casado Tramarria hit a great ball. After 31 minutes, Pedro Prado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Madrid FC and the Bordenave players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ruben Virila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bill Sugden, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Benjamin Peio kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Lisandro Lopez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Hauche in the 45th minute of play forced Bordenave's goalkeeper Filiberto Benet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bordenave's Filiberto Benet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Hauche in the 48th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 52nd minute, Benjamin Peio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Real Madrid FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. A collision led to Real Madrid FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. After 57 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Bordenave! Filiberto Benet had in the 59thth minute some difficulties stopping Gustavo Lando's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 59th minute, Gustavo Lando left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Real Madrid FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After 65 played minutes Bordenave got a freekick which was hit by Bill Sugden. The supporters of Bordenave booed when Real Madrid FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Prado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Filiberto Benet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Peio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Real Madrid FC's Ruben Virila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Playo in the 79th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gabriel Hauche got free with Filiberto Benet in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Bernabe Jakobe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Madrid FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernabe Jakobe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filiberto Benet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Casado Tramarria struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Ruben Virila didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bordenave. 95 minutes into the match, Real Madrid FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bill Sugden came free, but Ruben Virila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. David Beckham Jr kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. In the 97th match minute, Bordenave was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lisandro Lopez to maneuver through the defense. The Real Madrid FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Bordenave from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
