The INDEPENDIENTE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 7th minute, INDEPENDIENTE's Fernan Quinto ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Astor Hitzeder. Astor Hitzeder yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Astor Hitzeder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernan Quinto, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Astor Hitzeder didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 16th minute, which inside left pole to 3-0. Alex Kárpáthys short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got Astor Hitzeder to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Astor Hitzeder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernan Quinto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the match, Benedicto Gamus notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Jardón AFC's Astor Hitzeder. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 32 minutes into the match, Jardón AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Icedo came free, but Astor Hitzeder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Astor Hitzeder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernan Quinto in the 33rd minute of the match. Astor Hitzeder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Icedo in the 35th minute of play. After 37 minutes, Benedicto Gamus made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Jardón AFC's Astor Hitzeder tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 41 minutes into the game, INDEPENDIENTE's Benedicto Gamus nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Astor Hitzeder made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Albano Venerando was the one to do the kick off. INDEPENDIENTE's Benedicto Gamus got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristian Avellaneda during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cristian Avellaneda hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Astor Hitzeder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedicto Gamus in the 58th minute of play. Astor Hitzeder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Icedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 62 minutes into the match, Benedicto Gamus notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Jardón AFC's Astor Hitzeder. Astor Hitzeder was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. INDEPENDIENTE made a substitution. Cristobal Karmel replaced Benedicto Gamus. Jardón AFC's Astor Hitzeder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristobal Karmel in the 94th minute of play. In the 95th match minute, Jardón AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Avellaneda to maneuver through the defense. There was no doubt that INDEPENDIENTE were the better team. INDEPENDIENTE's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
