With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juan Hotz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Hipolito Jusepe fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rosario Central's protests and gave Hipolito Jusepe a yellow card for diving instead. In the 18th match minute, Rosario Central was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hipolito Jusepe to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Athletic Bostero's Nicolas Tipi got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 21st minute, Ariel Lihach ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juan Hotz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 24th minute Hüseyin Rahmi Tanpınar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Hotz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
