But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Domingo Clis couldn't finish the play. Enrique Bologna was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Domingo Clis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. With a little luck, Masters United F.C.'s Enrique Bologna got control of the ball when Domingo Clis tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Domingo Clis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Masters United F.C.'s Enrique Bologna proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Masters United F.C. from getting a goal against them. 14 minutes into the game, Domingo Clis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Enrique Bologna. Domingo Clis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Anselmo Ted made in the 19th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by LA LUZ F.C.'s Nestoras Kabourakos. After recieving a nice pass, Masters United F.C.'s Aurelio Cuarto tried to score from far away in the 22nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 24 minutes into the match, LA LUZ F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Florencio Rafe came free, but Miguel Ángel Torres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 26 minutes into the game, Domingo Clis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Enrique Bologna. Domingo Clis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Miguel Ángel Torres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans-Martin Istad, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 40th match minute, LA LUZ F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nestoras Kabourakos to maneuver through the defense. Masters United F.C.'s goalkeeper couldn't reach when Domingo Clis 45 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 4-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

LA LUZ F.C.'s Dawid Rojek was substituted for Domingo Clis. Dieguito Maradona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Florencio Rafe in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miguel Ángel Torres saved LA LUZ F.C. from getting behind. In the 62nd minute Jailson Britto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Bologna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Saverio Teofilio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Masters United F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Saverio Teofilio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miguel Ángel Torres breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A hard shot 68 in the game by Florencio Rafe from a close distance when the talented Miguel Ángel Torres managed to make a qualified save. LA LUZ F.C.'s players were relieved. Miguel Ángel Torres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Rafe, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. After 72 played minutes Masters United F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Hans-Martin Istad. Enrique Bologna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dieguito Maradona in the 77th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, Dieguito Maradona notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Masters United F.C.'s Enrique Bologna. Enrique Bologna was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Miguel Ángel Torres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herminio Frantzes, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Masters United F.C.'s Hans-Martin Istad got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Enrique Bologna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jailson Britto in the 86th minute of play. LA LUZ F.C.'s Miguel Ángel Torres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save LA LUZ F.C. from getting a goal against them. Enrique Bologna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dawid Rojek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. LA LUZ F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dawid Rojek in the 96th minute. A nice corner shot did that Dawid Rojek got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Enrique Bologna quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Victor Pietro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. LA LUZ F.C. were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Masters United F.C. for a fine match.
