With an all-out effort, Dekar FC's Andres Lastur threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Melchor Che, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 30 minutes into the match, El Renacer del Quijano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Melchor Che came free, but Andres Lastur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicasio Raymond struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Robustiano Orlondon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Renacer del Quijano FC. 34 minutes into the game, Nicasio Raymond cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Robustiano Orlondon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melchor Che in the 37th minute of play forced El Renacer del Quijano FC's goalkeeper Andres Lastur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robustiano Orlondon came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by El Renacer del Quijano FC's Nicasio Raymond. But to his dismay, Nicasio Raymond quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. If Leandro Laurentzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 46 minutes of play, Dekar FC's Pastor Umbruso made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andres Lastur was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dekar FC made a substitution. Tomas Pepillo replaced Melchor Che. Dekar FC's Saul Urtats was substituted for Emilio Loramendi. Dekar FC made a substitution. Lorenzo Paul replaced Severo Argenis. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nicasio Raymond was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Dekar FC's Saul Urtats got a free kick in the 61st minute. Robustiano Orlondon made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Nicasio Raymond sent off a good shot on target. El Renacer del Quijano FC made a substitution. Eustaquio Vermudo replaced Nunez Maurin. In the 68th minute of the match El Renacer del Quijano FC got a corner. Dekar FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Peneios Protopsaltis ran over to the corner to take the kick. Peneios Protopsaltis made a great header on El Renacer del Quijano FC's corner, it was just that Dekar FC's Robustiano Orlondon managed to reach the ball for a save. If Aurelio Urbes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The corner led to Dekar FC's Conrado Cuartio getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After some careless play in the El Renacer del Quijano FC defense, Pastor Umbruso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andres Lastur. The El Renacer del Quijano FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andres Lastur should have stopped the shot. With his leg Robustiano Orlondon managed to avoid a goal in the 94thth minute, when El Renacer del Quijano FC's Aurelio Urbes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Pepillo in the 96th minute of play forced El Renacer del Quijano FC's goalkeeper Andres Lastur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andres Lastur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Pepillo in the 98th minute of the match. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
