After 2 minutes, Cornelio Garaile mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tiburones Pacufantásticos and the Cervezanegra A.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 3 minutes of play, Cervezanegra A.C.'s Alfonso Goicoechea made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thepchai Raksawong was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 5th match minute, Tiburones Pacufantásticos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donato Quinto to maneuver through the defense. Thepchai Raksawong was out of position in the 15 minute of play, and Alfonso Goicoechea capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alfonso Goicoechea really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Thepchai Raksawong took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfonso Goicoechea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Alfonso Goicoechea came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Cervezanegra A.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfonso Goicoechea couldn't finish the play. In the 21st minute Alfonso Goicoechea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thepchai Raksawong saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tiburones Pacufantásticos's Thepchai Raksawong proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Tiburones Pacufantásticos from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Tiburones Pacufantásticos defense, Alfonso Goicoechea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thepchai Raksawong. The Tiburones Pacufantásticos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thepchai Raksawong should have stopped the shot. The corner led Cervezanegra A.C.'s Jaime Peruxu to fire away a dangerous shot which Thepchai Raksawong despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ovidio Bartoleme kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Alfonso Goicoechea kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Thepchai Raksawong. That made the score 5-0 in the 39 minute of play. Thepchai Raksawong made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Kaisar Sözer sent off a good shot on target. Thepchai Raksawong didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Cervezanegra A.C.'s Alfonso Goicoechea shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 6-0 in the ordered_time% minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alfonso Goicoechea made a kick off. Dževad Kasimović took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thepchai Raksawong. Thepchai Raksawong dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. After some careless play in the Tiburones Pacufantásticos defense, Alfonso Goicoechea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thepchai Raksawong. The Tiburones Pacufantásticos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thepchai Raksawong should have stopped the shot. In the 59th minute, Jaime Peruxu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cervezanegra A.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. Pablo Solari blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thepchai Raksawong having to make a save. In the 65th minute, Alfonso Goicoechea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 68th minute, Gonzalo Lauro fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When Cervezanegra A.C.'s Alfonso Goicoechea in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tiburones Pacufantásticos's goalie prevented a goal. 72 minutes into the match, Cervezanegra A.C.'s goalkeeper Filiberto Oso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gonzalo Lauro. After having played for 74 minutes, Alfonso Goicoechea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cervezanegra A.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfonso Goicoechea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 76 minutes into the match, Tiburones Pacufantásticos's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo Solari came free, but Thepchai Raksawong reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfonso Goicoechea in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thepchai Raksawong prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 79 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tiburones Pacufantásticos's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Albert Linberg was slow to take the kick. During this time Cervezanegra A.C.'s players had a chance to rest. In the 85th minute of the match Albert Linberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Thepchai Raksawong showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 11-0 when Alfonso Goicoechea sped through Tiburones Pacufantásticos's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Thepchai Raksawong. With a little luck, Cervezanegra A.C.'s Filiberto Oso got control of the ball when Gonzalo Lauro tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Alfonso Goicoechea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cervezanegra A.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 12-0. Tiburones Pacufantásticos's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
