The corner led to Düsseldorf FC's Qiu Lin Yi getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Alvaro Calvino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Eliseo Tolino made a huge save. If Ruperto Panpili had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Stelios Kopanaras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruperto Panpili in the 16th minute of the match. Ruperto Panpili might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stelios Kopanaras. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ruperto Panpili ran back to his position shaking his head. Stelios Kopanaras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruperto Panpili, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 25thth minute of the game Ruperto Panpili who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Düsseldorf FC's Stelios Kopanaras was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 32nd match minute, La Fenix was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Klim Simonov to maneuver through the defense. Eliseo Tolino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teofilo Salomon in the 33rd minute. Alvaro Calvino kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Humberto Egoi made in the 40th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Qiu Lin Yi. Stelios Kopanaras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruperto Panpili, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Hernandez in the 43rd minute of play forced Düsseldorf FC's goalkeeper Stelios Kopanaras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute Alvaro Calvino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseo Tolino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute of the game, Ayrton Senna landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. After 92 minutes, Dario Gartzea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Düsseldorf FC and the La Fenix players grew even worse after the yellow card. La Fenix made a substitution. Carmelo Cesario replaced Ayrton Senna.
