ATILA's supporters rose to their feet, but Sacha Cousins was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julian Guillelme breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of ATILA booed when Lapachito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cyryl Patora didn't get a good kick on the ball. Placido Matro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marty Simpson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 16 minute of play. After a rather tough play, ATILA's Edgard Cucao got a free kick in the 18th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sacha Cousins in the 22nd minute of play forced Lapachito's goalkeeper Julian Guillelme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Feliciano Raitin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Placido Matro made a huge save. ATILA's Placido Matro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save ATILA from getting a goal against them. Roy McEachin charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roy McEachin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 28th minute of the match Genadi Kotrulev shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julian Guillelme showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When ATILA's Sacha Cousins in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lapachito's goalie prevented a goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sacha Cousins stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute Marty Simpson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Placido Matro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ATILA's Placido Matro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marty Simpson in the 60th minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Karol Zahemski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Placido Matro was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Placido Matro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marty Simpson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in ATILA's zone, Feliciano Raitin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Placido Matro came out of the goal and Feliciano Raitin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ivan Iraitz kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Placido Matro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marty Simpson in the 78th minute of play. In the 79th minute of the match Ivan Iraitz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julian Guillelme skillfully saved the ball. Sacha Cousins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Placido Matro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliciano Raitin in the 86th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 87 minutes into the game, when Edgard Cucao put in a rough tackle. In the 87th minute, one of ATILA:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for ATILA. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Feliciano Raitin in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Placido Matro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 92 minutes, Karol Zahemski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lapachito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karol Zahemski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Placido Matro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hilario Llanos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, ATILA's Julian Guillelme threw himself towards the right post 96 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hermengildo Aimar, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Lapachito's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
