Dário Prada took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilian Domingues. Wilian Domingues dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Zézinho Moraes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Silas de Andrade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zézinho Moraes in the 14th minute of the match. In the 24thth minute of the game Dário Prada who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Soda f c's Wilian Domingues was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ciriaco Casado made in the 27th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Dário Prada. In the 32nd match minute, Los Hornos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciriaco Casado to maneuver through the defense. A throw-in in the 39th minute of the game was made by Niculae Turdeanu with Zézinho Moraes as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After a defensive mix-up in Soda f c's zone, Dário Prada stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilian Domingues came out of the goal and Dário Prada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zézinho Moraes was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Dario Mazuste threw the ball into play from the sideline. Los Hornos's Mustafa Erhard quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Soda f c's Wilian Domingues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dário Prada in the 63rd minute of play. In the 66th minute, Dário Prada made a precise shot to the right of Wilian Domingues. Soda f c's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Wilian Domingues made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Dário Prada sent off a good shot on target. Silas de Andrade didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ümit Daman went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Soda f c's Victorino Nesto was substituted for Günalp Parskan. Los Hornos's Luisito Txaran was substituted for Armando Rafel. After a rather tough play, Soda f c's Niceto Gregory got a free kick in the 78th minute. Wilian Domingues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oodo Rosin in the 80th minute of the match. Dário Prada could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Wilian Domingues made a huge save. 90 minutes into the game, Soda f c's Ümit Daman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Silas de Andrade made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. With an all-out effort, Los Hornos's Wilian Domingues threw himself towards the right post 93 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Oodo Rosin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.
