In the 10thth minute of the game Martins Palermo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A. Korn's Ubaldo Matildo Fillol was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to A. Korn getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Ruben Salvator hit a great ball. In the 15th minute Martins Palermo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Matildo Fillol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Martins Palermo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Martins Palermo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ubaldo Matildo Fillol having to make a save. Ubaldo Matildo Fillol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martins Palermo in the 19th minute of play. Ubaldo Matildo Fillol stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Martins Palermo's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by A. Korn's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Leonardo Gutierrez was slow to take the kick. During this time ๖ۣۜṂagno's players had a chance to rest. After a defensive mix-up in A. Korn's zone, Martins Palermo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ubaldo Matildo Fillol came out of the goal and Martins Palermo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Matei Marioara made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Ruben Salvator sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ruben Salvator in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matei Marioara saved ๖ۣۜṂagno from getting behind. 34 minutes into the match, Martins Palermo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ubaldo Matildo Fillol. A. Korn's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Martins Palermo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Ruben Salvator kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martins Palermo in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ubaldo Matildo Fillol saved A. Korn from getting behind. Ubaldo Matildo Fillol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martins Palermo in the 44th minute of play. Ubaldo Matildo Fillol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martins Palermo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martins Palermo in the 47th minute of play forced A. Korn's goalkeeper Ubaldo Matildo Fillol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Martins Palermo made a kick off. Ubaldo Matildo Fillol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martins Palermo, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. ๖ۣۜṂagno's Matei Marioara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimir Bauman in the 58th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, ๖ۣۜṂagno's Leonardo Gutierrez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ubaldo Matildo Fillol narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ubaldo Matildo Fillol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martins Palermo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute ๖ۣۜṂagno were awarded a corner. Leonardo Gutierrez went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to ๖ۣۜṂagno's Marcelo Clodio getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Martins Palermo took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ubaldo Matildo Fillol. Ubaldo Matildo Fillol dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. ๖ۣۜṂagno made a substitution. Balthazar Fultoft replaced Eduardo Berasko. Martins Palermo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 88 played minutes A. Korn got a freekick which was hit by Cornel Vulpe. Martins Palermo might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ubaldo Matildo Fillol. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Martins Palermo ran back to his position shaking his head. 92 minutes into the match, Martins Palermo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ubaldo Matildo Fillol, 0-3. If Martins Palermo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
