Godfredo Emmanuel's late challenge caught a Tierras altas AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Godfredo Emmanuel helped the player get up and apologised. Apolo Txindoki hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. The supporters of Tierras altas AFC booed when Racing Comunicaciones was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romeo Chepe didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Racing Comunicaciones defense, Diego Armando Maradona kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Laureano Belasko. The Racing Comunicaciones fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Laureano Belasko should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Atilano Blanco in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Antonio Natal saved Tierras altas AFC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Temel Lütufkâr in the 27th minute of play forced Racing Comunicaciones's goalkeeper Laureano Belasko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Laureano Belasko was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Diego Armando Maradona showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 94 minute of play. When the match was over Tierras altas AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Racing Comunicaciones throughout the match.
