Petre Encuțescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fang Kang Guang, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. But to his dismay, Fang Kang Guang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Fang Kang Guang recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daniel Raebert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cássio Rocks, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Zecku's goalkeeper Petre Encuțescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With an all-out effort, Zecku's Daniel Raebert threw himself towards the right post 39 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ivor Peake, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 41st minute, David Miliano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fang Kang Guang in the 42nd minute of play forced Zecku's goalkeeper Petre Encuțescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dogo Argentino's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Egor Nikiforov in the 44th minute. The corner led Dogo Argentino's Zé Ruelas to fire away a dangerous shot which Petre Encuțescu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The Dogo Argentino fans' excitement grew in the 44th match minute when Dogo Argentino's Zé Ruelas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fang Kang Guang stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dogo Argentino's Lorenzo Bingen was substituted for Ivan Pillud. A sloppy throw-in by Lisandro Vidal in the 59th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Dogo Argentino's Václav Draho. Fang Kang Guang's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Petre Encuțescu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Petre Encuțescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fang Kang Guang's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fang Kang Guang in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Petre Encuțescu saved Zecku from getting behind. With a little luck, Zecku's Petre Encuțescu got control of the ball when Fang Kang Guang tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Fang Kang Guang came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Dogo Argentino fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fang Kang Guang couldn't finish the play. Dogo Argentino made a substitution. Julian Palban replaced Zé Ruelas. 77 minutes into the match, Zecku's goalkeeper Petre Encuțescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fang Kang Guang. In the 79th minute, Fang Kang Guang reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Petre Encuțescu. The goal made the score 0-4. In the 88th match minute, Dogo Argentino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egor Nikiforov to maneuver through the defense. Petre Encuțescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fang Kang Guang's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Dogo Argentino's Fang Kang Guang sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Petre Encuțescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the final whistle sounded Dogo Argentino left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Zecku.
