In the 7th minute, Américo Azenha left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rocky Balboa Team fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 10 minutes into the game, Américo Azenha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Laureano Tono was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Laureano Tono didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jorge Mero went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Américo Azenha took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Laureano Tono. Laureano Tono dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. The audience was convinced that Américo Azenha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Laureano Tono was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. 39 minutes into the match, LAS MIL FC's goal looked a bit too open when Américo Azenha came free, but Laureano Tono reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Péter Mogyorós sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lisandro Clementi made a kick off. After 52 minutes, Santo Lehior mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rocky Balboa Team and the LAS MIL FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 52 played minutes Rocky Balboa Team got a freekick which was hit by Santo Lehior. After 55th play minutes Américo Azenha shot 1-5, a short shot which went by Laureano Tono and just under the crossbar into goal. When the match clock showed 61 minutes, the score became 1-6 when Péter Mogyorós sped through LAS MIL FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Laureano Tono. Péter Mogyorós scored 1-7 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Laureano Tono, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Laureano Tono stood somewhat misplaced when Américo Azenha came free in front of goal and shot 1-8 to the left of him in the 71 minute. Américo Azenha who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Laureano Tono when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Vinicio Elia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Sebastian Muno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mauricio Isusko lost his temper 81 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in LAS MIL FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 81st minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Laureano Tono, was totally fooled by Rocky Balboa Team's Fermin Valiente, who 83 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. When Lucio Oliviero fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LAS MIL FC's protests and gave Lucio Oliviero a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in LAS MIL FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 89th minute. Penalty! The supporters of Rocky Balboa Team booed when LAS MIL FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Huly didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rocky Balboa Team's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
