Emilio Tartalo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernan Gaztea in the 3rd minute of play. With his leg Ludomil Wasikowski managed to avoid a goal in the 5thth minute, when C. A. Balnearia's Tugay Özyurek fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 6th minute C. A. Balnearia were awarded a corner. Damian Frantzes went to the cornerflag to take it. C. A. Balnearia's Damian Frantzes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ludomil Wasikowski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Olimpo's Ludomil Wasikowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Olimpo from getting a goal against them. When C. A. Balnearia's Tugay Özyurek in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Olimpo's goalie prevented a goal. Tugay Özyurek received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ludomil Wasikowski came out and tried to block the shot, but Tugay Özyurek slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 18th minute. Ludomil Wasikowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Frantzes, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 28th minute C. A. Balnearia were awarded a corner. Damian Frantzes went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Damian Frantzes almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Olimpo's Ludomil Wasikowski did a great save. The audience was convinced that Tugay Özyurek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ludomil Wasikowski was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. 30 minutes into the match, Olimpo's goal looked a bit too open when Tugay Özyurek came free, but Ludomil Wasikowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Tugay Özyurek put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ludomil Wasikowski. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ludomil Wasikowski made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Tugay Özyurek sent off a good shot on target. 43 minutes into the game, Godofredo Lehoi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Olimpo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C. A. Balnearia the free kick. A collision led to Olimpo getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Godofredo Lehoi hit a great ball. After 45 played minutes Olimpo got a freekick which was hit by Arnaldo Gasteiz. Bernabe Bidun kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Olimpo's Ludomil Wasikowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Frantzes in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tugay Özyurek to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes C. A. Balnearia got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Cuartio. After some careless play in the Olimpo defense, Tugay Özyurek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ludomil Wasikowski. The Olimpo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ludomil Wasikowski should have stopped the shot. Olimpo made a substitution. Rogelio Tartalo replaced Arnaldo Gasteiz. 67 minutes into the match, C. A. Balnearia's Tugay Özyurek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ludomil Wasikowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ludomil Wasikowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tugay Özyurek's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. After some careless play in the Olimpo defense, Tugay Özyurek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ludomil Wasikowski. The Olimpo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ludomil Wasikowski should have stopped the shot. 79 minutes into the match, Tugay Özyurek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ludomil Wasikowski. Olimpo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tugay Özyurek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. 83 minutes into the match, C. A. Balnearia's Tugay Özyurek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ludomil Wasikowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Olimpo getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Eustacio Clemencin hit a great ball. If Lino Abechuco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Olimpo's Ludomil Wasikowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Abechuco in the 87th minute of play. In the 89thth minute of the game Lino Abechuco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Olimpo's Ludomil Wasikowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 92 minutes, Mauro Todor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C. A. Balnearia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mauro Todor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lino Abechuco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. C. A. Balnearia had won after a very even match.
