After 23 minutes Sorento FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jaroslaw Mochowak who took care of the corner kick. Ramiro Piorno was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Sorento FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Teo Dantae scored to the left of an out of position Mariano Telesforo, making the score, 3-0. Justino Johans hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Ramiro Piorno took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Mariano Telesforo to make any attempt to save it. In the 34th minute of the match Los Súper Galácticos got a corner. Sorento FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jaroslaw Mochowak ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Sorento FC's goalie and right to Fausto Mikolas. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Sorento FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Sorento FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 37th minute, when Ramiro Piorno scored to the left of an out of position Mariano Telesforo, making the score, 5-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teo Dantae to make the kick off. Sorento FC's Mariano Telesforo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramiro Piorno in the 52nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ramiro Piorno in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mariano Telesforo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mariano Telesforo came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Súper Galácticos's Teo Dantae. But to his dismay, Teo Dantae quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0.
