Lúcio Mota didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alin Chiru went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Paranhos Ariranha FC's Lúcio Mota got control of the ball when Alin Chiru tried to sneak it across the goal line. Evaristo Moreira made in the 17th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Carlinhos Schmidt however managed to control. Lúcio Mota made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alin Chiru in the 20th minute. Alin Chiru in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lúcio Mota, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Acatar's Alin Chiru slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lúcio Mota. That made the score 3-0 after 24 minutes of play. Luís Miranda charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luís Miranda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 29th match minute, Paranhos Ariranha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Miranda to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Phoenix Phoenix kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lúcio Mota. That made the score 4-0 in the 37 minute of play. Lúcio Mota took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Constantin Bâlea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the match, Paranhos Ariranha FC's goalkeeper Lúcio Mota had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alin Chiru. After some careless play in the Paranhos Ariranha FC defense, Albert Grămescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lúcio Mota. The Paranhos Ariranha FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lúcio Mota should have stopped the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carlinhos Schmidt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. FC Acatar's Ekhemos Kezdoglou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dráuzio Teixeira in the 54th minute of play. In the 56th minute, Alin Chiru left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Acatar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Lúcio Mota took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Jilăveanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Phoenix Phoenix's late challenge caught a Paranhos Ariranha FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Phoenix Phoenix helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FC Acatar's Phoenix Phoenix got a free kick in the 62nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Alin Chiru managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Acatar's supporters rose to their feet, but Alin Chiru was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lúcio Mota breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lúcio Mota came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Acatar's Alin Chiru. But to his dismay, Alin Chiru quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Alin Chiru took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lúcio Mota. Lúcio Mota dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. Lúcio Mota showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alin Chiru in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Alin Chiru ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lúcio Mota was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. In the 85th match minute, Paranhos Ariranha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaspar Poças to maneuver through the defense. 85 minutes into the match, Paranhos Ariranha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Constantin Bâlea came free, but Lúcio Mota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 89 played minutes Paranhos Ariranha FC got a freekick which was hit by Luciano Capixaba. After some careless play in the Paranhos Ariranha FC defense, Alin Chiru kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lúcio Mota. The Paranhos Ariranha FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lúcio Mota should have stopped the shot. In the 93rd match minute, Paranhos Ariranha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseu Sarmento to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Paranhos Ariranha FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Fred de Alcântara hit a great ball. Lúcio Mota showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Phoenix Phoenix, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Acatar fully deserved thier win.
