Caetano Monteiro was out of position in the 4 minute of play, and Buck Blue capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Buck Blue really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 10th match minute, Icoara Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walmir Carvalho to maneuver through the defense. 14 minutes into the match, Marcus Costa notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Icoara Football Club's Caetano Monteiro. Caetano Monteiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Roberto Caamaño kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, Icoara Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Costa came free, but Caetano Monteiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Caetano Monteiro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. Icoara Football Club's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Buck Blue 35 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 6-0. The crowd rose to their feet as West Town SC's Laureano Gimenez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Caetano Monteiro. That made the score 7-0 after 39 minutes of play. Caetano Monteiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcus Costa went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. Caetano Monteiro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marcus Costa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 9-0 in the 46 minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Thiago Zonta was the one to do the kick off. The West Town SC fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when West Town SC's Roberto Blue looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 10-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 57 minutes into the game, West Town SC's Roberto Blue nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Caetano Monteiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-0. Caetano Monteiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcus Costa's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Caetano Monteiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lumbreras in the 62nd minute of the match. But to his dismay, Buck Blue quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-0. The supporters of West Town SC booed when Icoara Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Fernando Pitta didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th minute of the match Vennancio Cagide shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Caetano Monteiro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. West Town SC's Laureano Gimenez got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Icoara Football Club's zone, Buck Blue stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Caetano Monteiro came out of the goal and Buck Blue tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Caetano Monteiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salomon Blue, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Icoara Football Club defense, Marcus Costa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Caetano Monteiro. The Icoara Football Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Caetano Monteiro should have stopped the shot. In the 86th minute Salomon Blue shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caetano Monteiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute, Buck Blue left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The West Town SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 14-0. In the 90th minute, Salomon Blue ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Caetano Monteiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 15-0. There was no doubt that West Town SC were the better team. West Town SC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
