In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cosmos Soccer Club's goalkeeper Dan Gheară, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 8 minutes into the match, Cosmos Soccer Club's goal looked a bit too open when Carlinhos Schmidt came free, but Dan Gheară reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iago Aspas hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Marco Fonseca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 姜永洲 in the 13th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Iago Aspas could shoot a difficult shot in the 19th minute, which Marco Fonseca however easily saved by the left post. Dan Gheară showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tarcisio Pena in the 22nd minute of the match. Paranhos Ariranha FC were awarded a corner in the 23th minute after Cosmos Soccer Club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tarcisio Pena took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Tarcisio Pena got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dan Gheară quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 27th minute, Ivan Ţopescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 28 played minutes Cosmos Soccer Club got a freekick which was hit by 姜永洲. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tarcisio Pena in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dan Gheară saved Cosmos Soccer Club from getting behind. Iago Aspas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 32ndth minute, Marco Fonseca skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 33 played minutes Cosmos Soccer Club got a freekick which was hit by 姜永洲. When Paranhos Ariranha FC's Carlinhos Schmidt in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With an all-out effort, Cosmos Soccer Club's Marco Fonseca threw himself towards the right post 39 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ivan Ţopescu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 40 minutes into the match, Paranhos Ariranha FC's goalkeeper Marco Fonseca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 姜永洲. When the match clock showed 40 minutes, the score became 2-1 when 姜永洲 sped through Paranhos Ariranha FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marco Fonseca. Marco Fonseca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 姜永洲, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 48 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cosmos Soccer Club's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tarcisio Pena was slow to take the kick. During this time Paranhos Ariranha FC's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Dieguinho Gaspar heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ivan Ţopescu was the one to do the kick off. Marco Fonseca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iago Aspas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 54th minute 姜永洲 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Fonseca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Paranhos Ariranha FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marco Fonseca should have stopped the shot. Marco Fonseca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 姜永洲, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. 75 minutes into the match, Iago Aspas notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Paranhos Ariranha FC's Marco Fonseca. Marco Fonseca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 80thth minute of the game Ivan Ţopescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paranhos Ariranha FC's Marco Fonseca was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 姜永洲 took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marco Fonseca. The corner led Cosmos Soccer Club's Joey Benedict to fire away a dangerous shot which Marco Fonseca despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 92 minutes, Iago Aspas made it 8-1 with a short kick to the right side. Paranhos Ariranha FC's Marco Fonseca tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Paranhos Ariranha FC's Marco Fonseca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 姜永洲 in the 96th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Cosmos Soccer Club had played much better football throughout.
