Pär Are made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Safet Jovanović in the 6th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Adrian Czornomaz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pär Are. Coviolo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adrian Czornomaz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Adolfo Jorrin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pär Are having to interfere. Pär Are made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Czornomaz in the 17th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Adolfo Jorrin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CACYFA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 27th minute, Felice Maio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Luis Quirce. The goal made the score 1-2. Coviolo's Pär Are played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Czornomaz in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute Adrian Czornomaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pär Are saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 41 in the game by Felice Maio from a close distance when the talented Luis Quirce managed to make a qualified save. CACYFA's players were relieved. Alfonso Muciaccia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luis Quirce read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Pär Are showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Safet Jovanović in the 46th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Coviolo's Pär Are played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adolfo Jorrin in the 51st minute of play. When CACYFA's Romeo Sanduru, in the 58th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for CACYFA. In the 62nd minute, Örs Bruno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Safet Jovanović recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 73 minutes into the match, Adrian Czornomaz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pär Are, 1-4. CACYFA made a substitution. Angelino Chico replaced Adolfo Jorrin. CACYFA's Gaspar Dunixi was substituted for Safet Jovanović. Domenico Olmi's late challenge caught a CACYFA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Domenico Olmi helped the player get up and apologised. After 79 played minutes, CACYFA's Romeo Sanduru shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pär Are came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CACYFA reached it. The supporters of CACYFA booed when Coviolo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ercole Carulli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luis Quirce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Örs Bruno, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Coviolo were furious when Aldo Amicone was red carded, 85 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Romeo Sanduru was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 87th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Angelino Chico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pär Are came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by CACYFA's Gaspar Dunixi. But to his dismay, Gaspar Dunixi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. CACYFA's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
