Turgut Soyuer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcelo Barovero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcelo Barovero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 37 played minutes Lobos de Carelia got a freekick which was hit by Cleto Confesor. In the 37th minute of the match Luan Pombo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcelo Barovero skillfully saved the ball. The audience was convinced that Turgut Soyuer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcelo Barovero was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. 84 minutes into the match, Lobos de Carelia's goal looked a bit too open when Luan Pombo came free, but Marcelo Barovero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
