In the 75thth minute of the game Alfredo Martins who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BMB IMOVEIS SC's Sérgio de Azevedo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nestor Paraibano got free with Sérgio de Azevedo in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 98th play minutes Alfredo Martins shot 1-9, a short shot which went by Sérgio de Azevedo and just under the crossbar into goal. When the final whistle sounded Marquês de Herval left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than BMB IMOVEIS SC.
