KS Greenpi's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gonzo Style f.c's Lucas Savenije played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Tărău in the 9th minute of play. Lucas Savenije showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christof Cartus, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Emanuele Bertoni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Mariusz Pochorylo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Gonzo Style f.c booed when KS Greenpi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marek Roman didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 16 minutes into the game, when Marek Roman put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in KS Greenpi fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 16th minute. Penalty! 18 minutes into the game, Gonzo Style f.c's Ennio Fino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mariusz Pochorylo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Mariusz Pochorylo came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Gonzo Style f.c's Enrico Tassotti. But to his dismay, Enrico Tassotti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Lucas Savenije made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Edmund Hajder sent off a good shot on target. Lucas Savenije showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmund Hajder in the 36th minute of the match. In the 38th minute Enrico Tassotti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariusz Pochorylo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ennio Fino took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mariusz Pochorylo. Edmund Hajder could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Lucas Savenije made a huge save. Gonzo Style f.c's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Edmund Hajder 43 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. After the first half Gonzo Style f.c were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adrian Tărău stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lucas Savenije made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Tărău in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Tărău in the 53rd minute of play forced Gonzo Style f.c's goalkeeper Lucas Savenije to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute Augusto Vieri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariusz Pochorylo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucas Savenije took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wieslaw Fink, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute of the match Fabian Charlos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lucas Savenije skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 68 minutes, Edmund Hajder managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KS Greenpi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmund Hajder was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. KS Greenpi's defense didn't have a chance, in the 73rd minute, when Emanuele Bertoni scored to the left of an out of position Mariusz Pochorylo, making the score, 1-3. 80 minutes into the match, KS Greenpi's Edmund Hajder sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lucas Savenije narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mariusz Pochorylo made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Emanuele Bertoni sent off a good shot on target. In the 84th minute, Wieslaw Fink got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 86th minute Deng Kang Kang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Savenije saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KS Greenpi's Mariusz Pochorylo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save KS Greenpi from getting a goal against them.
