The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Siro Jolis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loui Lintlav, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th minute, Loui Lintlav ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Siro Jolis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. When Tomasz Nienajadlo fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Linterna verde's protests and gave Tomasz Nienajadlo a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Linterna verde getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Tomasz Nienajadlo hit a great ball. Siro Jolis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loui Lintlav in the 11th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, MARTHA Rossoneri Boldklub's goal looked a bit too open when Jimeno Piquero came free, but Ferdinand Thurø reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Loui Lintlav had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loui Lintlav in the 20th minute of play forced Linterna verde's goalkeeper Siro Jolis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Linterna verde's Aurelio Cisneros got a free kick in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimeno Piquero in the 25th minute of play forced MARTHA Rossoneri Boldklub's goalkeeper Ferdinand Thurø to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the game, one of Linterna verde:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Loui Lintlav's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Siro Jolis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th minute Loui Lintlav shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siro Jolis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Paz Palacios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 41 minutes into the match, Linterna verde's goal looked a bit too open when Loui Lintlav came free, but Siro Jolis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half MARTHA Rossoneri Boldklub were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cezary Lewandowski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th match minute, Linterna verde was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucado Terrilla to maneuver through the defense. Tomasz Nienajadlo hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Paz Palacios sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dobrilo Zečević received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Siro Jolis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelio Cisneros in the 67th minute of play forced MARTHA Rossoneri Boldklub's goalkeeper Ferdinand Thurø to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Max Rosenly kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Ferdinand Thurø showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Cisneros, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. 72 minutes into the match, MARTHA Rossoneri Boldklub's Loui Lintlav sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Siro Jolis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 77 minutes had been played when some careless play by Linterna verde's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Otto Lintlav was slow to take the kick. During this time MARTHA Rossoneri Boldklub's players had a chance to rest. Dobrilo Zečević sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute, Cezary Lewandowski made a precise shot to the right of Ferdinand Thurø. MARTHA Rossoneri Boldklub's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Linterna verde's goalkeeper Siro Jolis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 91 minutes into the game, Loui Lintlav recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Siro Jolis. Loui Lintlav showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Siro Jolis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loui Lintlav, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Loui Lintlav could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Siro Jolis made a huge save. The Linterna verde fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. MARTHA Rossoneri Boldklub were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
