Spectators: 157 (Terracing: 118, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Frans Jagur started the match with the kick off. Edward Jönsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliberto Inge, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th minute, Frans Jagur reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ingvar Nordstedt. The goal made the score 1-0. 12 minutes into the game, Frans Jagur recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ingvar Nordstedt. Frans Jagur showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Roma's goalkeeper Ingvar Nordstedt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 17th minute, Nilton Tavares left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Roma fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Varban Savovski got a throw-in 24 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Karl-Johan Broberg. Edward Jönsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nilton Tavares in the 28th minute of play. Roma's defense didn't have a chance, in the 31st minute, when Frans Jagur scored to the left of an out of position Ingvar Nordstedt, making the score, 3-2. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Roma's Fabian Andreasson was substituted for Arne Wiman. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nilton Tavares to make the kick off. Esbjörn Kielstedt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Edward Jönsson made a huge save. Edward Jönsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliberto Inge in the 57th minute of the match. In the 58th minute Frans Jagur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingvar Nordstedt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th minute Svartvallstjärnens IF were awarded a corner. Björn Andberg went to the cornerflag to take it. When Svartvallstjärnens IF's Frans Jagur in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When Marcus Vennerström fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Roma's protests and gave Marcus Vennerström a yellow card for diving instead. In the 78th match minute, Roma was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus Vennerström to maneuver through the defense. Göran Cane took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ingvar Nordstedt. Ingvar Nordstedt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Göran Cane managed to get in a good position for a shot. Svartvallstjärnens IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Göran Cane was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ingvar Nordstedt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edward Jönsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karl-Johan Broberg in the 97th minute. The Svartvallstjärnens IF players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
