The audience thought a goal was coming when Vitinho de Barros got free with Ivan Patrido in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 8 minutes into the match, XENEIXES FC's goalkeeper Ivan Patrido had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Doğaner Doğu. Doğaner Doğu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ivan Patrido came out and tried to block the shot, but Doğaner Doğu slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 10th minute. Vitinho de Barros could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Ivan Patrido made a huge save. Ivan Patrido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiberiu Boaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 42 played minutes XENEIXES FC got a freekick which was hit by Zeledon Colas. 47 minutes into the game, Vitinho de Barros cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Ivan Patrido was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Geronimo Tonio to strike the kick off in the second half. Ivan Patrido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vitinho de Barros, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 54 minutes into the match, Ian Barral had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ivan Patrido. XENEIXES FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ian Barral was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Claudinho Azevedo made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Geronimo Tonio sent off a good shot on target. After 70 minutes, Cristobal Gorri mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the XENEIXES FC and the Cambotinha EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 70th match minute, XENEIXES FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristobal Gorri to maneuver through the defense. XENEIXES FC's Ivan Patrido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vitinho de Barros in the 72nd minute of play. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to XENEIXES FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Fulgencio Pierres hit a great ball. 95 minutes into the match, XENEIXES FC's goal looked a bit too open when Yan Santana came free, but Ivan Patrido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
