Strib Galacticos IF's Janich Sodborg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vitinho de Barros in the 4th minute of play. Claudinho Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Fanøe, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Cambotinha EC's Claudinho Azevedo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Cambotinha EC from getting a goal against them. After taking down the ball on Strib Galacticos IF's corner Felix Fanøe fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Claudinho Azevedo quite easily take care of the ball. The audience was convinced that Felix Fanøe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Claudinho Azevedo was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Strib Galacticos IF's Geir-Inge Tuft got a free kick in the 15th minute. Norino Anabalon took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 16th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Janich Sodborg. Strib Galacticos IF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Felix Fanøe came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Strib Galacticos IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felix Fanøe couldn't finish the play. 21 minutes into the match, Strib Galacticos IF's goal looked a bit too open when Vitinho de Barros came free, but Janich Sodborg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Qu Fan Yang fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Strib Galacticos IF's protests and gave Qu Fan Yang a yellow card for diving instead. Cambotinha EC's Aírton Faria was substituted for Norino Anabalon. Qu Fan Yang hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute, Vitinho de Barros ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vitinho de Barros to strike the kick off in the second half. Doğaner Doğu took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Janich Sodborg. Janich Sodborg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 56th minute Felix Fanøe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudinho Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 58th match minute, Cambotinha EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredinho Negri to maneuver through the defense. Felix Fanøe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Felix Fanøe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Claudinho Azevedo having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Fanøe in the 62nd minute of play forced Cambotinha EC's goalkeeper Claudinho Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Cambotinha EC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
